Our Engineers are registered on an individual and business basis with Oftec the Oil Firing Technical Association. All oil fired heating installation work undertaken by Gent Energy is registered with Oftec through their works notification system to confirm that the work complies with current building regulations. Oftec closely monitor registered companies to check compliance.

ll operatives have received CRB clearance through Disclosure Scotland to confirm that they do not have a criminal record.
We are registered with the Environment Agency as licensed waste carriers for the safe carriage and disposal of waste from customers sites.
Equipment testing is carried out annually on all equipment that is used on customers premises for both electrical safety but also for accuracy by being calibrated where appropriate.

We currently hold 5 million pounds of public liability insurance, we also hold a 6 year workmanship warranty insurance policy for our customers peace of mind and all our company vehicles hold comprehensive insurance.
